So sad. Paul Walker's 16-year-old daughter Meadow Walker shared a heartbreakingly beautiful baby photo of her on her dad's knee on the one year anniversary of the actor's death.
The Fast and the Furious star Walker died on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40, when a Porsche he was riding in with his pal Roger Rodas slammed into a tree and burst into flames in Santa Clarita, Calif.
His daughter Meadow, who was living with him at the time of his tragic death, shared the beautiful photograph via Instagram late in the evening of Sunday, Nov. 30, with the simple message, "I love you."
In the photo, Walker is holding his baby daughter on his knee, waving to the camera with a happy smile on his face. Meadow, who appears to be only a few months old, is also smiling and looks adorable in a pretty smocked dress with matching sun hat.

Shortly before Walker's tragic death, Meadow had relocated from Hawaii (where she lived with her mom Rebecca Soteros) to L.A. to live with her dad.
Two weeks before the accident, the handsome actor opened up to Us Weekly about his daughter. "I'm glad I had her at 25," the proud father reflected to Us, "because at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet. It's just working. It's perfect."
In February, it was revealed that the movie star had left his entire $25 million estate to his one and only child.
